The aim of this badge is to educate girls in good hygiene and etiquette

Junior Candidates

1. Know how to clean your teeth properly.
2. Know how and when to wash your hands.
3. Name two occasions when it is very important to wash your hands.

Candidates

1. Know how to keep your body clean, including when to wash your hands, hair etc.
2. Know how to put your clothes away tidily.
3. Know how to fold your jeans, shirt or blouse and jumper.
4. Know how to clean your shoes.

Junior Members

1. Know how to keep your body clean, including when to wash your hands hair etc.
2. Know how to put away your clothes tidily.
3. Know how to fold your jeans, shirt or blouse and jumper.
4. Know how to clean your shoes.
5. Know how to wear your uniform correctly and smartly with your shoes well polished.
6. Know how to treat a guest and make him/her feel welcome.
7. Be able to arrange supper for the examiner.
8. Know how to arrange a posy of flowers.

Members and Senior Members

1. Know and understand six rules for keeping healthy.
2. Understand the importance of good posture.
3. Write a letter inviting a guest to a suitable event.
4. Prepare an arrangement of flowers and lay a dinner table for four people.
5. Wash iron and fold jeans, shirt, blouse, jumper or cardigan.
6. Be able to recognise international textile care symbols.
7. Know how to keep skin in good condition.Senior members only
8. Write an essay on the importance of eating proper food.
