Dublin and Glendalough Celebrate GFS 150th Anniversary
Dublin and Glendalough branches (and Violet from Meath and Kildare) met for picnic and scavenger hunt walk at Russborough House on Saturday 27th September 2025 to celebrate 150 years of GFS. The keen walkers had to take shelter in the hippodrome to escape the rain while they ate their picnic. Then they enjoyed the 2.5km loop walk overlooking Blessington lakes and visited the playground on return. It was a lovely afternoon marking the 150th anniversary of World GFS.
